Cooperation & settlement

MesseGo handles customer payments

Customers pay MesseGo online. The platform coordinates orders, support, courier dispatch and reconciliation.

Only completed orders are settled

Orders enter settlement after delivery or completion. Cancelled, refunded and out-of-stock orders are excluded.

Commission-based settlement

Supplier payout equals the order value less the agreed commission. The final rate is confirmed with MesseGo BD.

Weekly statements · T+7 payout

A statement for the previous week is issued every Monday. Approved balances are paid to the registered account within T+7.
