What we collect
Account email, contact details, booth or delivery locations, order and service-request details, uploaded references, support messages, payment status and technical security logs.
Why we use it
To create and fulfil orders, coordinate suppliers and couriers, provide support, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations and improve MesseGo. We only use location while you request it or provide it for a delivery.
Who receives it
Only the minimum operational brief is shared with the assigned supplier or courier. Payment, hosting, mapping, email and AI providers process data under their service agreements. MesseGo AI remains the customer-facing communication layer.
Retention and rights
Operational records are kept only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal claims. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting privacy@messego.app.
