MesseGo service
MesseGo provides a marketplace and coordination layer for exhibition goods, local services, transport and courier delivery. The order summary identifies whether MesseGo or a verified partner fulfils the request.
Orders and quotations
A product order is binding when confirmed. Custom services become binding after the scope, price and timing are accepted in checkout. AI suggestions are preparatory; the reviewed checkout is the authoritative order.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the total price, delivery charges and available payment method. Online methods are shown only after secure activation. Invoice, SEPA or onsite collection may require manual confirmation.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, location, access, item, safety and deadline information. Prohibited, unsafe or unlawful goods and instructions may be refused.
Issues
Report a missing, damaged or materially incorrect delivery promptly through MesseGo support. Mandatory consumer and commercial rights remain unaffected.
