Products

Ask MesseGo to cancel before picking starts. After fulfilment begins, cancellation depends on product condition, courier work already performed and mandatory law.

Custom services

A quotation can be declined before acceptance. After acceptance, completed design, production, reserved staff time and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

Courier and transport

The quote includes distance, handling and urgency. If a courier has not been assigned, cancellation is normally possible. After assignment, work already performed may be charged.

Problems and refunds

Report the order number and evidence through MesseGo support. Approved refunds return to the original method where possible; bank processing times may apply.
